It sounds like pre-produced songs, also a bit acoustic but very very nice 
Does anybody know anything about these demo cds ? 
No, can you make them into mp3's. That would be great, but i understand if you can't (the time etc would be a big waste of your time), here's hoping anyway.

Julio, These recordings sound like monitor mixes or pre-mix demos.You now know from whom I obtained them but how and when they became public domain I do not know.
