Did anybody else see last night's "This is Dom Joly" show on BBC3 ? I mention it because he did a bizarre Joy Division sketch. There was a spoof Guy Ritchie interview that went wrong so they had to fill time, so Dom invited his agent on stage and told the audience that his agent was the original singer of Joy Division. The agent goes on to say he got sacked when the boys wanted to get a moodier singer, they got Ian Curtis who subsequently died - you work out who the winner is ? (Can't remember the exact words but that was the gist of it). They both then proceeded to do a karaoke version of Love Will Tear Us Apart before some scenery fell on Dom Joly.
The Cure were on it too, so it was all a bit 80's indie old-skool.
