Unknown pleasures - film

Apologies if there's already been a thread on this, I can only pop in here very occasionally.

I noticed theres a Chinese movie out (about Chinese slackers, was the impression I got) of that name. Apparently it was the name both of some famous 14th century Chinese poem and a recent banal Chinese pop song. Probably I ought to know this already, but what was the source of JD's use of the name? I guess it wasn't the Chinese pop song. The poem? or was there some other cultural artifact that used the phrase also?

While there isn't a direct connection other than the word "pleasures" and the fact that the words are in the first song on the album, the lyrics in the first part of "Disorder" have always made me think of the album title.

I always assumed that the "pleasures of a normal man" that he describes feeling alien to are the "unknown pleasures" of the album title. Just a thought.
