The meaning of Disorder

This song has always fascinated me both musically and lyrically. I've yet to see any attempts at interpretation for the song and thought it would be interesting to see what people thought it meant, failing that, what it means to them.

yeah, the final part is pretty intriguing, i would really like to know what the feeling is he's describing and does it relate to the title of the album?
