FAO Those waiting for free CDs - contest winners etc

Apologies to all those who have had to wait a while for the CDs they won in the contests I set, and to those who caught me on an even more generous than usual day.

I've recently started a new job that involves a lot of travel around the UK, and consequently I am not at home as often as I would like to be. This has a severe restricting effect on my ability to copy tapes to CD. Furthermore, on the days that I am home it is most definitely in my best interests to spend some quality time with my new wife !

*Those of you who decide you cannot be bothered to wait for your gifts any longer, please let me know and I will erase your name from the lists of CDs to copy.

*Those of you who wish to accelerate the process, please send me a jiffy bag so I can complete the operation in one fell swoop, and get it posted within minutes of completing the CD. Note that I am not asking for postage costs.

*Any sarcy comments like those from Julio and your name will be struck from the list of those getting CDs - after all, I am giving you stuff for free, so as far as I am concerned my terms are the only ones that count. If you don't like it, I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who will do you free CDs.

*Julio your additional and replacement ones will be completed this weekend (I should have a decent amount of time this weekend coming to get some copying done), and will be in the post as soon as I get a chance, which depends on me being near a post office during opening hours.

Do not worry about it Tim, I myself owe promised CD's to "a very small boy" and to the Rocket so I understand how you feel. While I would not want to miss out on something coming from your fabled collection of gigs, there is no urgency whatsoever so please do not struck me out from the list for good but you can take me to the back of it, whenever you find the time, I can imagine how stressful is to balance the demands of new job-new wife-full time NOOL poster .

New job?Is it in the same type of work you did before TIMBO?As for you MR FIFTY FIFTY...i am still enjoying the book on BARCELONA so no worries about any CD'S.Hope to get a passport again soon then i can come and bug you ..with SHUGZV of course!

You hated the way that the parcel of CDs I sent you got lost in the post ? Can't say it did me a lot of good either. More work and expense for me. There was absolutely no need for you to use the yawn smiley on the other thread that had nothing to do with you - butt out will you ?

Same goes for me too...I'd be more than happy to send you a jiffy and the postage. I'm not worried about any delay, I'm just grateful for the offer of the cd's.
