Identify the ACR song?

I've got an old videotape of ACR on The Tube. They did two songs, the first of which was Wild Party. The second one is probably called Empty Words, but I'm not positive. Chorus is "Is it me who's changing, or is it in my mind? Empty words, promises, nothing's changed".

Opening line to song is "My spirit is broken, so full of emotion, as night turns to day"

I'm sure someone out there can help!

Thanks!

Indeed it is, and available on the CD of Force and also in demo form on Greetings Four.

Was this where they were labelled the factory all stars with New Order on it?

If memory serves me right they did Shack Up as well?

I LOVED ACR!!, Well up to Wild Party anyhow!

No, it wasn't the Factory All-Stars, it was just ACR. They did Wild Party and (as I now know!) Inside. They had a big model plane above them.

There, that must narrow it down a bit!

Yes I have looked at the site but it's not too good info wise and I find them a bit too funk orientated nowdays. I stil play alot of the older stuff though.

I have a vague memory of it.

Did they also do don't you worry about a thing?

I haven't got that on my tape, but it's possible!

Nah, they did Don't You Worry Bout A Thing on a different C4 show - can't remember it's name though. Dreadful song, should've left it with Stevie Wonder.
