There were two songs called Ice Age, with different lyrics. The first one "Waiting For the Ice Age" was an early song that was listed on the set for the first JD gig at Pips in Manchester. Lyrics are in Debbie Curtis's book.

This song was scrapped and a new one written with different lyrics, which appeared in mid-78. The band obviously couldn't make their mind up about it, as it was in and out of the set on a regular basis from then on, and was played as often in 1980 as it was in 1979.

We can find a great performance of this song in Effnar Eindhoven 18/01/1980.
