Just a thought, be very nice but NO are way to busy now so I can wait. I go for both options. Singles collection and dvd.

Heres the tracks 7 inch format(doesnt have to be cronological)

Interesting idea. I am ambivalent about it, but I don't think that would ever happen. But who knows - maybe LTM will do something similar to their Be Music comps!

I'd love for this to happen as I've got all the music of the spin offs but i've seen hardly any of the vids. I'd go for a DVD if it was a choice between that and a compilation CD.

very good idea

It's a good idea, but will probably never happen, due to lack of interest other than from here, and the different record companies involved.

Yeah I agree with this. Besides if you already own the main side projects albums you won't really need a compilation like this unless there's something new on it, or a new single released to promote it and with New Order in full swing until 2007 it seems anything side project related is doubtful.

The mess of record labels involved makes it virtually impossible as well. I think when London bought up Factory's bands, they didn't bother with Revenge (Er, understandable :evil4: ) Below are the various labels the SPs have been involved with at one stage or another:

Electronic - Factory/Parlophone/Koch Records Revenge - Factory/LTM Monaco - Polydor/A&M/Papillon Other Two - Factory/CentreDate/London Records

A joint SP compilation just isn't going to happen

I would love to see both, but I agree with ally that its unlikely. I would really like it if not just a single collection and all came out. It'd be really great if they did a big box set, like the Side-Projects Collection or something like that. And then they could include extra's, like studio demos, live tracks, interviews and stuff. to bad it is impossible. then we would also be able to learn if Brutal was once an Electronic track, :D .

I think this is not a good idea because of the personal conflicts among the band members it would likely lead to, not to mention the practical problems already mentioned caused by multiple record companies, plus the involvement of people like Marr and Potts.
