That is one big Hook!

Disc label & case inlay below. Note that the inlay is a white background so it's pretty easy to print on the back of the cover on high-quality paper and no need to worry about getting it centered exactly for those who are a nal like that....

EDIT: Cover with Al's name spellt korectly...
