Just been watching the promo of For You on the Best Of DVD, I think this is the first time I've bothered watching it to the end - is that Steve's tank crushing the caravan at the end and if so was he driving? Cheers.

Sincerely doubt it.
According to interviews, Barney and Steve didn't start speaking again until '98. The famous thing with the 93-98 hiatus was that New Order didn't speak to or see each other for at least 5 years.
Doubt Steve would be popping up in an Electronic promo vid from '96.
Could be wrong though!
