I know Phil Cunningham was in Electronic, but im not sure in what capacity. Was he on the 91 tour? Who else was in the band and does anyone know if they are still in the music business? I cant even remember if Denise Johnson was on that tour but there were about 6 in the band.
Also, apart from Potts, who was in Revenge?
Early Electronic included David Palmer (ABC, The The) on drums and Denise Johnson (Primal Scream) on backing vocals. Dunno if Palmer performed live with them but he was definitely on the Getting Away With It single. Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe obviously guested too and were present at the 1990 LA Dodgers stadium shows in support of Depeche Mode. Johnson can be seen in the live band that performed Out Of My League & Second Nature on Later... with Jools Holland in 1996.
Later period Electronic featured Jimi Goodwin (Sub Sub, Doves) on bass/backing vocals and Ged Lynch (Black Grape, Peter Gabriel) on drums. Phil Cunningham first appeared during TV appearances to promote Twisted Tenderness as second guitarist; I remember him on Jo Whiley's C4 TV show performing Haze.
Monaco around the time of the albums aside from the obvious included Paul Kehoe (our very own Old Lead Foot) drumming and Andy Poole on keyboards. For gigging they had a second guitarist (name escapes me) and second bassist (ditto) to step in when Hooky sang. By the time of the charity gigs in 2006-07 Andy P, second guitarist & bassist had gone, Hooky's son Jack was helping out on bass and there was a new keyboardist. Not sure of her name.
Revenge had a bit more of a revolving door policy 
er, may take me a while to remember who was in and when... I do know when Hooky re-recorded those two unreleased tracks (Televive & The Wilding) for the 2004 Revenge anthology he got Phil Cunningham to play guitar in the studio.
Not sure about live but he added (superb) drumming to One Day from RTP :)
Maybe he was drumming live at the very first Electronic gigs?

I seem to remember either reading an interview with him, or watching him on vid (Cities In The Park, but I haven't watched that one for a while - unfortunately, that's a gig I'd have loved to have gone to...)?

Played bass for the last incarnation of Revenge with Mike Hedges on drums we were recruited for CITP and stayed on. We passed the audition from an advert in the MEN and had 6 weeks to learn it all and then play the gig.
It was a brilliant time, and i saw Hooky yesterday doing a book signing at Manch Airport and still keep in touch.
As i do with Cj who is a bit of a Hermit and who lives in Rhyl.
I retired from playing in 96 and miss it sometimes......but it takes up so much time and money to be in a "name band" and in my 3 years i made bugger all and from a healthy bank account i was well overdrawn......but you cant replace the experience.....
I still play now and then at home and almost record stuff, but ...............

Nice to hear Revenge history straight from someone who was in the thick of it all.
Presumably Phil Cunningham was drafted into Electronic's live band circa '99 because of Johnny Marr.
Marr produced Marion's 1998 album 'The Program'. So, using dickhead logic, anybody who doesn't like New Order 2001-onwards or Bad Lieutenant can blame Johnny Marr.
