I believe he gets 2% of what New Order does these days, except of course for the full share royalties etc. he'd have a right to from what they recorded with him. So every live show etc he gets a 2% cut - at least that's what Companies House info on the current legal New Order entity showed, if I recall correctly. I could be wrong

Two issues going on here.
1 - In 2007, he claimed that he owned a third of the name. By 2011, in answer to queries about the reunion, the figure had changed to 20%. Now, it's 25%? Aye, right.
2 - For all of NO's activity from 2011 onwards (i.e. anything that bears the name 'New Order'), he gets 1-2% as he is a non participating member. He still gets his songwriting and performance royalties from the albums, and PRS royalties from the live shows. Plus he gets a decent salary with The Light, so he's in a very luxurious position.
But as he's an eternal "victim", he'll continue to bend the truth.
