Many of us use ebay to buy neworder stuff, and the only major problem, is the rip off merchants out there (there are numerous threads relating to this).
Basically, could we pile in our collective (moderated) views about ebay sellers. keep a database of "so and so sold me crap" or "so and so is genuine". an apparant problem with such a system, is that "so and so" would post (unobjectively) about themselves. Im sure this could be overcome.
With a fully functioning search engine , it would be easy to check a buyer with other nool members before making that buy.
