Audio archives

I wonder if anyone can help.

I have dowloaded songs from Media archives in Real format and was wondering if there was any way to burn them onto a CD especially the Radio 2 NO documentary.

Can you transfer the songs into a format that would allow this or is this not allowed because of copyright laws etc?

Sorry for sounding a bit dumb but I am not very technically minded when it comes to computers.

I have done this by recording it ( as the real audio file plays ) in Windows sound recorder where you can select the recording quality. It is not an effective way to do it because among other things you have to keep listening to the audio playing because there could be an interruption. If this occurs you will have to begin the recording again. I have recorded files in this format many times and find it useful. Hope this helps you.

You should get Tara's Real Audio Input Plugin for WinAmp, and then you can easily decode the file to wav via Options/Preferences/Output/Nullsoft Disk Writer.
