Block User function

I'd like to be able to Block specific posters so i don't have to read their posts. No points for guessing. I've seen other forums with this option (www.dirty.org/forums) and think it would come in handy. i'm sure there are people who don't ever want to hear me complain about Bernard's live flaws so...is it possible?

Yeah but what if some other poster quotes the nooler you've blocked? You'd still be able to read his/her posts then. And just for the record, I wouldn't block anyone.

so be it. it's not like the button will make that person disappear, it just means you don't see their posts, unless it gets quoted. of course, the people i'd like to block rarely post where it matters and almost never post anything that someone else would waste time quoting. it's a nice feature, especially for those that use this site for New Order info and not to simply waste time babbling to increase post counts.

I suggested this before, but it fell on deaf ears. I'm all for it...

Hey Brian I know who you have on mind and I can tell you Digital Mike is one of my favorite posters here. There is more to NOOL than just New Order info you know. Yes I can tell that because all the information I get from this site are so important to me since I'm not able to read about them here. As for the ignore button, I don't mind it but won't use it. And if that button is what worries you in life most, then I gotta tell you you're a lucky lucky man!
