Some members have a "PM" icon link at the bottom of the page...
I assume this means private message, but how is it enabled? In the profile page?

The thing is, I don't have a PM link at the bottom of my posts. I mean, obviously I'm not going to send myself a private message, but it looks like that's not enabled for some reason.
