How can I upload a picture? Can't find the option anymore. Wanted to show an example for what I meant is wasted space in the new forum design...
How to upload picture?

first you have to host the picture from your hard drive onto another site (imageshack is a good one). then copy the direct link from the imageshack site and click on the 'image' button on the left and paste the location.
then you're on your way!

This is not uploading a picture. It's a link to picture on another server.

how else would you get a picture onto the site then, since you can no longer directly upload from your hard drive? other people who have done what ruined in a day wants to do just use the image button. ![]()

Mac you press shift, apple, 3. a file saves to your desktop, and you can send that file.
If you can open Word files on your mac, it's easier to ask them to paste into Word ;)
ok, never mind. i was thinking about just uploading a picture. i tried to follow these instructions to upload a whole page and couldn't even get as far as moving from the 'clipboard' (mine says microsoft print something-or-other and it certainly isn't on my word clipboard) to anywhere. i don't have paint, and i can't paste on to 'my pictures' which doesn't even show up in any of my 'save as' folder options.
so much for trying to be helpful! ![]()
