As you might (or not) know, this website is using the Microsoft.NET platform, well Microsoft finally released their new framework 2.0 and I just got myself the latest version of their development tool and database.

So basically, I'll work on upgrading the website to this new platform, hopefuly better than what it is, and we'll see how it goes.

Don't know when this will go live, but expect this to be done before the end of the month, it's important for me as I always said NOOL is my work benchmark (not that true these days, as I prefer to avoid including new bugs in here due to the face the site is going very well), so using these new tools will probably help a lot for my work.

The first upgrade was done tonight.

For the geeks in you, we have just upgraded to SQL Server 2005 for database engine.

Seems to run faster so far... crossing fingers!

Seems to mess posts too... ;) Check my posts in the Audio treat thread... they appear all mixed up, they don't follow any chronological order...

Yup, date order seems to be screwed - i.e. yesterday's post are taking preference over today's! :crazy: :)

And newer today's posts (like this one) appear BEFORE older today's posts!! :confused2:

I never touched that in the last 3 years!

and it still works for me!

clear your cookies, you might have an issue there.

Hello, first time poster long time reader, but i have no clue how to hook up to the PodCasts??? I guess my ignorance has caught up to me, but i've been trying for the last 5 days to get on the Podcasts, can't find it. Help please.
