Is there any way you can fix it so I can edit my profile? I'm still getting the error message and can't access my profile at all!

i've cleared my temporary files, if that's what you mean. it doesn't matter. i still can't edit my profile. :(
i think m means do you delete spyware regularly. i think you do as you have spybot. i don't see how that should affect your ability to edit your profile though.
