Just drop it for fuck's sake. It doesn't require a dozen threads and polls to bitch about Jetstream. You accomplished that very well with the first one. ![]()
Beware the trolls...
It seems these days people are falling over themselves here to slag off something about WFTSC in order to prove a point about how much they 'love' NO. The result is the opposite to the intent - bitching and moaning about the new stuff makes you look like you don't really like NO. I'll adjust my rose coloured glasses and enjoy JET for what it is, but thanks for the insight nonetheless

I'm not a big fan of blue monday.Obviously BM is Utopia when comparing it with Jetstream ![]()

If you must vote,Dont Vote Tory scumbags, pack of sinister cnts over here, those scruffy daft cnts
...you have a choice whether you wanna cast a vote here or not also.Seen as how your the pontiff in these parts Benedict, be rude to try and canvass you with truths as I see them...I do dig on this site mind,it's lively in spurts.

This has to be the difinitive poll, bearing in mind its the most clear cut question on Jetsream.I contributed to those other polls, but they were mostly someone elses.I did'nt start em
as was implied.
Yeah, but maybe it would be time to avoid starting new threads on the exact same topic though...
I respect your opinion, but just don't become a virus over here ;)
Isn't one Jetstream poll enough. It's obvious by the other poll that the vast majority either love it or like it. I personally like it because it's a catchy pop tune, on the same level as say Round and Round. I would rather have singles such as Jetstream, then nothing as was the case from 1995 through 2001. ![]()

I won't intentionally offend unless offended
..Thats why I wanted this Poll as a straight forward "Like or don't" definitive Poll, the others I feel are somewhat distorted, this one is simplified.I never started that multiple choice poll on Jetsream aswell you know. Was it summut I said
?
The It sucks are edging a lead in the early stages of the difinitive Jetstream opinion poll just now.![]()
A decent single with the best set of mixes I can ever remember for a NO single (bearing in mind I don't have the Technique singles)
The Baker ones doing it for me at the moment.

What do you think of the Neville mix, SB2?
yeah I like it a lot. Wasn't sure I would because I don't really like the music that he plays when he DJ's.
Only mix I've been slightly disappointed with is the Pete heller one which is a bit bland and obvious - the 4 on the CD2 are all excellent, and I can't really seperate them in terms of favourites...

Never heard of Neville before this remix but I think it's brilliant. It captures what is truly great in the song.
yeah he's not especially well known - tends to do a lot of warm up slots or backrooms in clubs round these parts.
I agree the mix is excellent - sort of melancholic and uplifting at the same time - which I suppose in many ways is what New Order are all about.

I like the way he uses the same part of the original repeatedly with slight variations.
it's a fine song...of course, if you hate it that much, I could always suggest that you give Britney Spears My Perogative a spin or two...

Thats a non too subtle genre comparison
I might just stick to the skip button whilst spinning the new album, and bemoaming the abborition that is J-e-t for the time being,as is my own perogative I hope![]()

in Lake Effect's opinion, they are similar...or are you the only one around here allowed to have an opinion???

Much better than Krafty for a single.
Im just listening to Krafty now
and it is a damn fine tune, makes Jetstream sound really weak by comparison
Who do you think would win a poll such as this???I'm not starting the tread on it tho....Ok ,I will then if you insist;)
