Round and Round because I used the chorus for a quote at the start of this wee film I did in 1997 called "A Hero of Our Time"
This one is hard... very hard...
But Round & Round was an instant love, Leave Me Alone was a grower... and a grower will always win in the end.

Melancholy vs. Melancholy + er, Hedonism. Tough choice, but the minimalism of "Leave Me Alone" took it in the end.
R&R but only just. I was listening to a good live version of it at the weekend and thats swung it.
No hard, Round and Round would need much better oposition.
Shame to have to vote against Leave Me Alone though - I think of it as a quirky song that I like for my own reasons. Surprised to see so many people liking it too. Round and Round is just massive. Agree with Roys (again) about the live versions - there are some storming ones going around.

Is it just me, or are pretty much ALL these first-round ties agonisingly hard to call? Three of them - including this one - I can't decide on yet...

R&R is a great track, but not even in my top 3 off Technique, so the best song off PC&L has to win through... LMA is near perfect...
