Bernard's certainly done his fair share of quality New Orderless material. I voted for the superb "Get the message" and would have voted for sublime "Disappointed" alternatively. I agree with other replies that Sub Sub's "This Time I'm Not Wrong" is an incredible tune and well worth inclusion. However Bernard did not actually write the song, or did he? I can't quite remember, I have the CD single and the actual Delta Tapes CD but aren't the credits for that song simply Williams/Goodwin/Williams? I'm not sure and I don't have the CDs in my flat, but if a Sumner was tacked on the end and anyone has the CD to hand don't be shy. Spanish Heart?! Nice novelty track, but pretty forgettable and very simple, anyone could have written it. Bernard's "solo" high points for me include Tighten Up, Make It Happen (Perhaps his most exciting, experimental one), and Some Distant Memory. Basically the first Electronic LP is his finest, most consistent hour. I like Out of control but it was trying too hard to be a New Order song, and didn't really cut it. The whooshy effects got on my nerves after a while, and the ridiculous line about his 'tache 
but it's a good song to get in the mood for clubbing to, it's got decent energy.
His worst track? A New Religion is pretty directionless missing a melody, decent lyrics and even a decent guitar line (where was Marr?) The bass intro's good though. Aside from that I've never really enjoyed Getting Away With It. It's too soppy for me, the lyrics make me cringe. It's like a purile playground rhyme (I love youuuu more than you love meeee) I can see why it did well in the charts but there's so much more stronger Sumner/Marr material. Decent starter single to get the band noticed though.

No question it is "Getting away from it". (A lot of people I know, always thought that was a PSB song). For mentioning some not on the list: I like "Dark Angel" and "Try all you want" a lot.
I went with Getting Away with it, though Forbidden City is close. I agree that Dark Angel could easily be on this list.
Hello All,It has to be 'get the message' for me no contest!Although if that wasn't an option I would have struggled a bit.(good choices on and off the list)Often songs are the best because of when you heard them,or what they say to you, or the vocals, or the tune Etc. Get the message gets ten out of ten from me on ALL counts.(even the video!)

Out Of Control. Get the Message is a close second, though. I love that mustache-line actually, cracks me up! :D
It's a toss up between Getting Away With It and Out of Control. Getting Away With It is an all time classic. For Out Of Control, the first time I heard it, I said this is the most New Order-like song I've heard, and because of that, I love it. It took me a while to learn that Barney did the vocals. And because of that, I love it more!

It was hard for me to decide. I voted for 'Getting Away with It', but there were too many good songs.

Chris, been listening to this album a lot recently. Definitely the best of the three. First Electronic album is way over-rated IMHO. Get the Message excepted, I think a lot of the songs are over long and some are plain weak. TT has a very polished coherent sound to it and some great songs- breakdown is a cracker and the title track just soars (for me)... 
Obviously Out Of Control with The Chemical Brothers. Even after almost 10 years, this song is still so amazing to listen and to dance to.
My vote has to go to "Getting Away With It", as far as the poll choices go. But that's a tough one. Everything he's done has been total quality. There are way too many to include with his Electronic work that tie with it. Vivid, Haze, Dark Angel, etc.. all up there, too.
