go the Aussies. already there's a bit of controversy with the Japanese accusing the Aussies of playing dirty after their friendly with the dutch. anyway this is a must win as Brazil is also in the group. should be an interesting match.
BTW this is Australia's first appearance in the world cup finals in 32 years.
Goose will need to get the Subs right. when to bring on Kewell is crucial. (if at all) and hopefully not when the Roos are a goal down.
We've looked OK but been fcuked over on that first goal I reckon. Where do they get these refs?

I really thought Japan would win this one... poor Zico. Well, actually he always had bad luck in World Cups.
Maybe Parreira will be kind enough to give Japan a draw in the end of the 1st Phase.
Crazy stuff - Oz scored three in the time it took me to walk to my car after work...

missed this game but saw the goals after.a storming comeback in the last few minutes by the Aussies

I love the Aussies, but have to admit I was cheering Japan for Naka. Missed the game cos I was at work, but will watch the highlights later. Cahill's in ma dream team on the site and Naka is in ma dream team with John & His work mates, so I win all round :D
