Rafa Benitez reckons Liverpool's new stadium should be built in a design that will allow us to retain the title of the worlds loudest and most passionate fans.

So he reckons, Boca Juniors Stadium is the ideal template, for noise and closeness to the pitch

Coz if we don't, we'll just end up with a another run of the mill Stadium like City's, Boltons or Arsenals. god forbid! :evil4:

or we could all end up high in the rafters like at Old Trafford. where all as you can see is 24 dots on the pitch.

despite I am a river plate supporter, i must reckon that boca´s stadium is something different for the fans and the players...but what you don´t know they are trying to build a new one, because it is small compared to River´s stadium... take care. leo.

The new stadium might not be a total library Old Trafford styley, but it probably will:laugh:

Riverside atmosphere is hit and miss to be honest, unlike the buzz of the all standing Holgate end at Ayresome Park.. Kiss the Kop atmosphere goodbye:nod:

i went to both Monumental & Bombonera this summer, no games on but took tours of both and boca's is cleary more fan friendly you are right on top of the pitch. river is all shiny and new, it is a nice stadium and in better condition than boca, but i think if you want the supporters to be a part of the action its La Bombenera

No, it's just because FIFA will obligue all Clubs to have a seat per attender in a couple of years, so Boca Stadium will get even smaller that what it is today, an less profitable of course, and that's the cause of the plan.
