Why does every England manger feel the need to fuck about with formations in big games? I'm no Man U fan but Neville wasn't the only problem. You can't just expect players to adapt to a new formation ......hang on for £80,000+ per week they should be able to play wherever they are put

I listened to the match on 5 live,sounded like most of the players were just walking around the pitch for the last 20 mins. Graham Taylor hinted that there is a problem with the coaching staff/methods.

So we were pathetic. I mean really, is anyone actually surprised?

Without Gerrard we don't create anything.Rooney runs his arse off but doesn't get a decent ball all night.Our defence was shit and our keeper has gone all continental and instead of catching the bloody ball decides to punch it or flap at it as the case may be.

What made me laugh this morning was reading Robinson's whingeing about the divot. He knew it was there, and he was under no real pressure from a forward, so why didn't he either take a touch first or come out past the divot to meet the ball? Complacency, that's what it was. Shocking but hardly surprising when the spoilt bastards don't exactly have to do much to get rich these days. I think they are so scared of the media they bottle it these days.

Defoe has failed at international level time and time again. Time for him to be cast aside once and for all.

I'm past caring. England are alright; they'll win some and loose some. It staggers me more and more that people care that much. I'm always conscious that I used to be there (I was a member of the england supporters club and used to travel a fair bit - pre "Englandfans" especially, but I've still been to every major tournament since 90 when England have been there - increasingly though not to watch England particularly but for the tournament craic). Anyone who thinks England, under any guise, are world beaters is deluding themselves. On there day they can beat anyone (Holland 96, Germany 01) but equally we can loose to anyone (Northern Ireland, Denmark - twice) in between we'll beat most teams and have the odd disappointing result. Let's not buy into the red-tops thinking.

Watched this debacle in a sports bar/cafe pre-gig in Newcastle. I wasn't really suprised at the result. I was a bit pissed off with the Scotland fans cheering/laughing when Croatia scored, but got the last laught a few minutes later when the Ukraine scored and then Pressley was sent off. Thank god the Order played a blinder to cheer me up :)
