Breathtaking

Just got back from the match having witnessed the most fanastic game of football. Milan were outstanding in the first half and Utd equally so in the second. Thought Kaka was brilliant (admittedly against a makeshift defence) whilst Rooney really came of age. However the man who really caught my eye was the much maligned Fletcher who has played well the last few games.

Hope tomorrow night is just as entertaining!

Yes a great game.Slightly dissapointed in Evra and not just because he took out Heinze.I thought Ronaldo was once again fantastic and the good news is United will always score goals(except against us lol)As you say Fletcher played well but if you take out Kakka my m.o.m was Gatusso.He may not be back for the next round after his injury which can only be great news for you.Good luck in Milano.

As Brucie would say - 'Good game, good game.' Thought Milan reverted to type when ahead and seemed content to hold on to their lead. There was more goals to be had against the makeshift Man U defence and they may live to regret not going for it in the second half. In saying that, Rooney and Ronaldo are pretty much unplayable at the moment and United should definitely score at least once in Italy, whether that'll be enough though remains to be seen.

Thought Evra started well, but the booking and the mistake for the second goal affected his confidence, he stopped doing his best work ten yards from the Milan box.

Impressed with Fletcher again, and O'Shea seems to have more confidence as a ball-player these days, it was never his strong suit but he is definitely playing with a lot more confidence. Brown handled Gilardino very well, his movement is quite something and while he rarely had the ball he was always helping to create a platform for Kaka.

Looking forward to the second leg, Inzaghi will start I'm sure for Milan, but I'm confident that United can win in Milan too.

If we make it to the final next wednesday im definitely going. With so many british rival fans staying in the same hotels its been memo'd round that should Liverpool also go through, then merseyside/greater manchester will be taking up to a staggering 600 officers.

It turned out a good result on the night.But i think UNITED have still a lot to do.But great that they stil have a chance of going through.Fletcher did have a good game.Be interesting to see how tonights game will go.

Thought Milan were looking good until they lost Gattuso (the sub for him was rotten),that said,Man U played a great second half,should be a good game in Milan
