Did go to our game in the end at your gaff on Saturday. Was surprised by your players. Guess they had all but accepted relegation, didn't think they turned up and made a fist of it at all.
Good day out though, and nice to see Fancy Dress back in football again, some of ours made a real effort.
A mate of mine went over to Leeds for the game on Saturday, gutted for him. Such a miderable time for Leeds fans right now. Hopefully David Healy won't be playing League 1 football though.

yes I thought the fancy dress was a good shout and I know that some of the 3000(yes 3000)Shrimpers are going in fancy dress this weekend to Southampton.Without Eastwood,Gower and then Maher who went off after 15 the chances of Southend scoring were zero.Credit to your fans and players even though relegated gave it there all.
