Will Steve McClaren have any strikers fit by the time the match with Germany kicks off?

How the hell is Israel considered a part of Europe for football purposes? I get Turkey, they've got that wee little bit that is actually in Europe, but Israel, I just don't get it...

If Theo Walcott was good enough to be in the World Cup squad, why is he now in the U-21 squad?

Will the United States ever win the World Cup?

Thank you...

Hopefully not.

I believe its for security reasons.

If Theo Walcott was good enough to be in the World Cup squad, why is he now ion the U-21 squad?

Because McClown thinks that the likes of David Nugent, Jermaine Defoe, and Darren Bent have all proven they can play at International level. In reality, its all PR. Walcott is associoted with the disastorous Erikkson era (winning games! cant have any of that) so while he remains on the Arsenal bench he wont get in the squad, unlike squad regulars Defoe, Richardson, Wes Brown who probably couldnt even get on the bench at Arsenal.

Will the United States ever when the World Cup?

I'm sure they will eventually. Not in my lifetime though.

Thank you...

....and what is going to happen at Spurs? Will Martin Jol be forced to leave? I surely hope not.

The politics will force Jol out before the end of this next week. Nice fella but his hand is being forced by the board as they offer the job to all and sundrie.

I know they want Mourinho but he's got his pick at the mo, and get this, 66-1 the chosen ones next job to be Man Utd chief, got on that when the news about him leaving waqs released, (before Paddy Power woke up). Plus get another 40-1 for him to win the Champions? League at the first attempt with his next club! I know where my fivers going.

And I think the jewish bloke at Chelski is just a stop gap although I think the football will improve at the Bridge under him.

Alf's tip for the weekend : Two aways for tomorrow? Rovers at Sunderland and Fulham at Chelsea.:thumb:
