Despite having access to two widescreen HD TV's, and having the pub literally across the road, I am settling in for a great night of coverage from Radio Five Live.

I am also abandoning my usual firm neutrality on such matches in order to throw my not insubstantial weight behind Arsenal.

I predict Leggy and Bonz's text banter will be somewhat one sided tonight

I reckon Arsenal will win 3-1 (on the night)

This sounds like its going to penalties.

I'd quite like to watch Penalties. But i refuse to to watch ITV's football coverage.

Apparently the other game is terrible. Sounds like Chelsea might blow it.

Well, it did seem like the game was petering out.

Only one team is going to win it now.... as a Premiership Coach once said.

My punditry tonight is reaching the levels tonight of the 2002 world cup when i bodly stated at the start of the tournament that neither Brazil nor Germany would win the World Cup.

And now a penalty!

Shit. Chelski just gone 2 up. Guaranteed English team in the final.

So much for supporting Fenerbache. Did I tell everyone I'm actually half Catalunian?

I'm not, but I'm gonna tell everyone from now on I am!

Barcelooooooooona!

Oh, or Schalke cos I'm also half-German if they somehow overcome the odds tomorrow night!

Well, it sounded like a good game. Almost ruined by Mark Lawrenson.

I'm sure Chelsea will knock out Liverpool in the next round though.

They don't have that much of a history in Champions League semi-finals though... :p

Some great play from Arsenal, especially Woolcott, maybe there's hope for future England teams yet.

However, Arsenal were beaten by the better team on the night
