Obviously, the only method of getting new stadiums/advertising boards/etc is to use the betting feature, otherwise it would take years to get these...

I've had requests from teams as far as Japan with no friends at all in common. I think some people take it so seriously that they trawl the leagues for lesser clubs to get wins. I thought you could only challenge friends

Sorry, Bert. I don't see any parallels to 1938. It's only mathmatics. I stayed for more than a week under 50 points and could train the skills of the players for 5000 instead of 25000 Pounds. My team should 5 weeks ahead of yours at the moment.

Ha. Fair point. I was bollocksed when i typed that. Its more like Mexico '70.

So much for them tweaking the game engine (yeah, like there is one....) to make it more realistic. Just had a 9-8, and every game today has had at least seven goals in it, often as many as 12 or 13. Deletion is imminent.
