fuck me,one thread is enough alf surely. we sang like mad today .not enough responce on the pitch though.
ince was my 2nd choice.what about my first choice big sam to get the club stable 
its troubled times with burnley on some kind of drugs 
no more heroes anymore 
should he go ??didt realy have time to buy players has he ?, they played o.k. against pompey the other week , though we did give em a couple of freebies,,,people are calling for adams head as well,, what enlighted times we live in.

our top 3 midfielders (apart from tugay) were injured and are on the way back for xmas fixtures .o well

The players got Ince the sack.....the performance against Wigan was abysmal and thats being generous........Ince didn't help himself though;
- Backroom staff of Mathias and Knox - Dinosours - after the training methods the Taffia employed over the previous 4 years Inces mob were a little prehistoric by all accounts
- Not replacing our main supply on the right.
- Inces own ego. Not being seen for much of the week at Brockhall and leaving the coaching to the relics. Then he turns up on a friday morning and launches himself all over the pitch trying to re-enact his playing days. Stamping on ankles et al. This may have impressed Macc and MK teenagers but it don't rub off on Prem millionaires.
- Tactical naivety.
- Playing players out of position.
- Surrendering the game to the opposition in his thursday pre-match sky interview. (Take your pick from Liverpoo, ManYoo, Chelski, Arse).

The board need to look at themselves here and decide whether they bring in for this season or longer term.....Souness has ruled himself out today but is that a case of not wanting to lose face?.....Sam A LARD ARSE would be a decent shout now even though he was overlooked in the summer plus if we do go down he could bring us back up........my summer shout Henk Ten Cate is doing wonders at Panathaniokos.....then theres Curbs, Mancini (done wonders at similar grotty outposts in Italy on very little resources).....
The other thing that riles me is these ex-pros on sky and talkshite.......they defend Ince and say he should be given time....how much time did he want...we were/are going down all thanks to him and these plebs defend him for one of three reasons a) they are either his mates , Merson, Dixon, Winterburn etc or b)Its the old pros network - dont shit on yer own or c)both of the above
Ince has shown himself up to be what he is....... egotistical, lazy (cannot be arsed to do his badges / show for training), naive (signing Fowler and Julie Andrews), thought he'd made it big time with his managers post at a decent Prem club with cracking facilities, a good squad, no real pressure to finish top four from the board or fans, sat in his big animal skinned office chair smokin a big fat one.........well I'm sorry fella but Hughesy worked his danglers off day in day out for that club, and himself. And see where he ended up.......he got the job at the most massivest club in the universe so well done him.....Ince wasn't prepared to put in the shifts from day one..therein lies the difference.........graft.

I think the board have done right at this point in time.......BFS is in a nothing to lose situation now...if he'd come in the summer then he would have had people on his back about negative footie an all that and comparing him to Hughes.....but being honest under Hughes we weren't exactly Brazil.....so Sam can either save us this season and be a hero or....and I think the board took him with this in mind...if we go down then he's a good man to get us back up....a sensible appointment....
