I was at Ewood tonight and spotted the New Order "Blackburn" flag in the Riverside :D

Thought we dominated the first half and your boys came back in the second. My throats a bit sore to say the least :)

I would be disappointed if we don't see you off at VP but you never know...

See you Wednesday... A Villan working in Warrington :thumb:

wasn't a bad game was it,its a pity we always wait till we're a goal(or 2) down until we attack

i think your right and villa will go through but i'm hoping fat sam sees it like everyone else can, throws his negative 'tactics' out of the window and goes for it from the start at your place and we might just cause a shock

Cheers Lee. I thought Rovers had a go 2nd half but we should have been out of site by half-time. Good atmosphere in our end and the criticism of the lack of Rovers fans is a bit unfair considering the size of the town etc.

Rovers are a good old traditional club like the Villa so I hope you stay up and get the manager you deserve.....Nu Ordah!

yeah it was a poor turn out from our fans but i think it was more a protest about allardyce to tell the truth and nothing to do with the size of the town,we're doing quite well with attendances this year i think its averaging around 25,000 with far less tickets given to away fans than on thurs

We wanted the whole end but the Police weren't having it unfortunately. You coming on Wednesday?

no i'm out of holidays at work till may,i had to borrow half day for thurs as i moved near hull 3 year ago,i still have a season ticket so going to home games takes a fair bit of travelling and time off work

one of my best mates now lives in beverley and comes over every other game lee.i keep saying to him i'll go to hull away and have beers but has yet havent done it !!.if we and hull are still same division next year i'll try again and maybe you could join us for the night :) strange that we let in 6 at villa yet first half was our livelest away performance and might be our turning point. ive been telling people for months that kalanic is pure class, maybe i will be proved right from now :thumb:

Did have the old Blackburn Hacienda flag from outside the club that held the Hacienda nights in b/burn (manhattan heights? left it in hotel Barcelona after New Order gig, anyone found it?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I can just pass on my condolences to the friends and family of Blackburn supporter who tragically died this morning following yesterdays match with Stoke.

Our win seems pretty insignificant today.

RIP.

Likewise Sam and its nice of you to take the trouble to post about it.its terrible to think someone goes to watch a game and does not return. He was hit on the head with a flying metal bin in the concorse at half time in some fooling around.A man from preston has been arrested though. many stoke fans have posted about it and its sad that a stoke fan also died in a car crash in the last fixture RIP

I just hope that clubs will now look at a way to enforce some sort of safety measure not just in the seating areas but in the concourses and other areas of the grounds. I've previously heard stories of Stoke fans who were throwing bins at each other at a Hull away game.

Just an accident waiting to happen. And now it has.

Just read that the Blackburn supporter left behind a young family. Such a shame.
