A vodka-drinking competition in a southern Russian town ended in tragedy with the winner dead and several runners-up in intensive care.

Alcohol related traffic fatalities make cannibus related traffic fatalities statistically nonexistent. factyor in how many people were drunk when they commited suicide, how many people are abused by alcoholics, date rapes ect and you will quickly release that the only thing in danger when someone smokes a joint is a bag of chips and a bag of cookie dough.

I have lived in apartments were it was easier to get drugs than beer or smokes. I'd have to walk two blocks for beer and smokes. In the apartment I'd merely walk a few doors down. Prohibition rarely works.
