Anybosy else got it?
This has been awful. Got it a week ago, was feverish and slept 24 hours round the clock for 2 days, been slowly recovering, but still very weak a week later. Stll coughing up a lung every couple of minutes. Still sleeping 12 hours before I have the strength to get up.
Knocked on my ass two weeks ago. Called in sick one day. The cure for me Robitussin sudaphed lots of liquids Halls cough drops (citris flavor) Jagermeister sleep
I haven't caught it yet. This year, I'm trying to stay healthy for finals, since last year I caught bronchitis and it refused to go away for about 3 months.
well...not the flu that is getting all the press here in the states...but I apparently ate something that so disagreed with me that I could not make it to the Iio show last night...had been puking all day...and still tried to make it...but as I was going downstairs...guess what...still...walked to the car...it happened again...so figured I should just crawl back up and go back to bed...
at least tonight I feel like drinking a beer or two!!!
I still ask myself why "flu" is slang for diarrhoea in french...

I am full of a cold, but see from UK tv that the Flu is really bad in the states, could it be Saddam's Revenge?

i went to get a flu shot the other day and didn't want to stand in line all day. looks like it's sickness and bad times for me!
I'm thinking that's what I got around Thanksgiving, when I lost my appetite and passed out for 12 hours straight. If that wasn't the flu that's going around now....I might need that shot 
I got vaccinated early Fall and have remained healthy while all around me kleenex and paracetamol reigned unchallenged

If I get the flu I'll tough it out; I am not going to get a vaccine that would have better use with a small child or elderly person.

I do not know in the US but I swear to God that here in Spain there are vaccines for everyone!!!
