Brilliant site. How long before the guy running it gets busted and cops a huge fine or worse. Better download that Joy Division RCA album quick.

funnily enough this guy is on the same local server as I am so if/when I find out who it is I'll go and thump him for omitting the greatest :D
BE AWARE OF SPYWARE WHEN SURFING THIS SITE. Links lead to sites that are loaded with shit. Browser highjacker and search engine highjacker. Had to go to add/remove programs plus run both Spybots and Ad-Aware6 to clean my system up.
Sound quality of Joy Division not too bad. Needs more volume and cowbell. DL times ok.
I already have downloaded some stuff and I recommend the Kraftwerk concert (live in Tokyo 1981), it's a good mixing desk recording. ![]()

Noted, my good man.
Even though I have the Warsaw album on Vinyl - I have decided to put the files on this ere compooter, the sound is slightly better.....now only if I had a CDR![]()
I have also managed to get the Stone Roses gig at Glasgow Green, and various Dylan & Billy Bragg songs.
Top class link Blue Guy, anymore? ;)
Yer welcome Shugzv, citizenerased.com tends to have something interesting on rotation in the "Listen" section. (But not at the minute!!)
Have to agree, that Kraftwerk gig is excellent, even if they do murder Showroom Dummies. Also managed to find a superb quality recording of an 8 track Doves session from 2000, and REM's Out Of Time in demo form!
About the only thing I haven't downloaded is any spyware or adware ![]()
Nice wan, managed to get a few more bits and pieces sorted...
Kraftwerk 81 (gotta learn some of em for the upcoming gigs) The Pogues in Glasgow Several Oasis one's that don't seem to work!!! Loads of Beatles / Lennon stuff And even more Radiohead stuff:D
Pity there's no New Order.
If you find any of their links - send them to shugsludden@yahoo.co.uk this is my temporary email while I work out how to get into the other one!

The Warsaw album was released on a "semi-official" CD a few years back (purchased in HMV). If you want a "proper copy" send me your details and I'll sort it out for you.![]()

CD will be copied today, once you let me have your address I will take several weeks to get to the post office I expect, but it'll get there.
You may need some time to sober up after the impressive drinks list, mind.
Finally sobered up a wee bit - you have mail compadre:D
I have been listening to that Kraftwerk gig for the last hour - ma heads minced - maybe it's not the best time to be listening to them. At this moment in time, I am dreading those 2 concerts in March![]()
I've dropped them an e-mail reporting a "new" link, but you can get it now: Joy Division live at Rainbow Theatre, 9th November 1979, London. ;)
Hope Kraftwerk have the Robots with them in March, saw em in Brum in 91, finished with just the Robots on stage - great gig.
Who's up for chanting Nu Ordah, when the lights go down ? mess with those Germans heads lol
Mike

Interesting, I have this one from years past (in MP3 format with the exact filesizes as on the Kali site), but I've forgotten about it.
Note that 'Exercise One' is really 'Sound Of Music', which has only about five live versions. Also, Transmission (cut on the original source) is omitted here.
According to the LWTUA site, there's only been one bootleg (one of the ones titled 'Shadowplay') issued from this concert, but I'm more inclined to believe there's another bootleg with these on there.
There are also two versions of 791109 on disc two of the 3 MP3 CD-R 'Unknown Treasures' set. The Kali version is just a better-sounding version of the first one listed below, I'd give it a 8-. The others:
791109 Rainbow theatre
I'd give this one a 7/9, again, mono+heavy NR. According to the LWTUA site the venue sound was pretty poor anyway.
791109 Rainbow theatre 2
Less NR on this one, but it's pretty distored. I'd probably pick this one over the one above, but the SQ isn't much better. 7.25/9.
Too bad we can't get the 11/10/79 show, the next day same venue different set.
TY for the link![]()
