kraftwerk brixton academy both shows isnt this being re branded as a nool meeting rather than a kraftwerk gig though?
also going to see amsterdam in the louisiana in bristol on 20th jan, but you wont have heard of them.
If any of the groups I like get of their fat lazy asses and tour once in a while then maybe I could get out of the god-forsaken hole! ![]()
Kraftwerk (Amsterdam 29th of March) is the only concert I've planned for this year so far.
BTW...this forum is heading in the right direction... 'Kraftwerk' is now mentioned more often than 'The Cure' :) ![]()
Does anyone think PSB will be touring, since they released PopArt (although not in the US, yet, if at all). The Cure probably will, considering they're having a new album released and all, so I'll probably go to see them, in Boston or Camden.

Should be a massive NO following at this - which always leads to a great craic and drunken piss up:D

Kraftwerk @ Brixton...er, no, hang on, Glasgow Academy. I'll be with you in spirit.
Primal Scream @ Glasgow Academy in January
Arthur Lee (or "Love With Arthur Lee") @ Edinburgh Liquid Rooms in February
Duran Duran @ Glasgow SECC in April ![]()
And hopefully David Byrne in Edinburgh in April, although I don't have a ticket yet due to other people being slow to decide if they want to go. ![]()

Are you taking the piss? Howard Shore is playing :bag: Nope, Howard Shore, film composer extraordinaire, is touring the States conducting a 6-movement symphony (technically that's not a classical symphony, but that's what they call it) of music from the Lord of the Rings trilogy, complete with large video screens and whatnot. Being a large Howard Shore fan over the years, I couldn't pass that up. And then having Mr. Glass make his only appearance in the area at my very own university was too much to pass up, so I'm sitting front and center for that. :p

RFH on the Thursday. Brixton 2 gigs on the Saturday.
You and Shuglet should really try and make mine for the Friday though ... if only to dilute the presence of ATR!! ;)

Peter Gabriel - Dortmund, Westfalenhalle 04.05.2004

I'll be down on the Friday...... Havnae worked out how I'm gonna get down yet, but I will be down have nae fears:D
Next three months look pretty dire around here, about the only interesting gigs will be Ozomatli and The Church, though if the Mekons are supposed to tour again sometime this spring. Don't really feel like gawking at the nimrods at shows like Cannibal Corpse ![]()
hmmm...no tickets...no plans for tickets...nothing good happening around these parts in the near future...

I have tickets on the way for BRMC at the Mandela Hall (Queen's Uni Students' Union) in Belfast on 17th February. I got them ordered last night and I'm really looking forward to the gig; I've been waiting for this lot to come here for ages. Bring it on! :D
You'll have a gig to vote for next year then!![]()
I now have tickets for The Fall supported by John Cooper Clarke at Fibbers in York (29 February and 1 March). Should be a good 'un as the last album was one of their best ever.
Cooper Clarke still gigging, great! I have an ace tape of him from when I saw him at Glastonbury 81.
You never see a nipple in the Daily Express Mike

Top bloke is JCC...he shared his spliff with me when he appeared at the Swan and Sugar Loaf in Croydon about 6 years ago! Is your tape of him just his poetry or is he singing too, Mike?
