Timbo: My only concern about that was abuse, you know, some crazy New Order fans might use it in a wrong way (and we all know some of them, don't we?
)
I don't see harm, but it could have been done in email ;)

Tricky one. Unless Ian's widow applied for copyright on the unused lyrics, they won't be covered, as they were not published by Fractured Music as part of JD songs. It would probably be best to contact Andy Robinson at Prime Management, the band's management company. I believe the lyrics would be under copyright in print form since they were only printed in Debbie's book. Therefore, she'd hold the copyrights to the material, so call up Faber and Faber. Actually, there's a part of their website that deals specifically with people wishing to use copywritten material from their books.
