Off-topic is non-New Order related discussions, such as this - there is another forum called "Behind Closed Doors" - that's where this post should exist. "Digital Republic" is supposed to be for all things New Order...
...Not that I won't be buying the Nick Drake album, however! :)

As you probably suspected but decided to try and be clever with anyway, the thread title was asking where the Off-Topic forum could be found, from someone who doesn't have a full grasp of the Queen's vernacular. It's pretty obvious that it is posted in the wrong place.
