Save "Arrested Development" :nod: :thumb:

Just breezing through the net, found a link to an online petition to convince Fox to keep "Arrested Development" on the air (wow, that sentence had a lot of "to"s ).

In case you have no clue what I'm talking about, it's a great show on Fox in the tradition of "Andy Richter Controls the Universe", "Action", and "Keen Eddie" (in other words, it'll probably go down so they can have yet another hour of "American Idol" ). It's basically another dysfunctional family, but it's got Jason Bateman, David Cross, Jeffrey Tambor, and some other great, great actors, and it's consistently hilarious (even the few lousy shows so far). Anyway, if you like the show sign the petition; if you don't, don't. Just thought I'd pass it along

Honestly, I don't watch much television, but some other people I know have recommended that show as a must-see. I remember seeing a couple of ads for the show that intrigued me, but I never followed through on watching it. Is Fox giving the show its death rites by switching the days it's aired on repeatedly?

Have to admit that I spent a couple of hours yesterday, on the couch, while Spike TV had a marathon of Most Extreme Elimination Challenge episodes. I know it's probably poorly dubbed on purpose, but it still appeals to the low-brow aspect of my character these days.

It's a great show, there's almost a reality-show quality to it in terms of camera use and such (and yes, that's a good thing). It airs Sundays at 9:30 EST, so if you can catch it I highly recommend it (and I promise it will not be as bad as my recommendation of "Family Matters" back in the day :p )
