Prince played over here Thursday night. My sister went. No dancers, no sexual vulgarity. $55 for tickets but they gave out CD's of his Musicology album if you had a ticket. I thought that was interesting.
She said it was a good show as he played new material and blues. His hits were played as a medoly with Lil Red Chevette as an acoustic number.
Whenever I hear the name Prince I can't help but think about Chappelle's Show, where during a Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories skit, Dave played Prince. He wore a frilly purple figure skater's outfit, he beat Charlie Murphy in a basketball game, and then when the game was over, he served Murphy's crew pancakes and grapes.
Prince, more like Pronce the big puff.
Hope he does not play Glastonbury, or if he does hope ot's muddy so I can throw mud at him.
Have to be a good shot though he's only 2ft 5 inches in he heels I hear.
I quite like his 80s albums,SignO`The Times especially. He isnt that good nowdays,but he was in his day very good.
prince was /is an imense talent and shouldnt be written off. yes he lost his way of late,divorce/death of kid/jehova witness ect,but i for one am glad to see him back,his lovesevy tour was awsome. and i wish him well.
Turned it to SNL briefly this weekend (I was bored...yeah, that's the ticket), and caught the first really funny thing they've done in years: "The Prince Show". Some weird guy played Prince, and he had Beyonce Knowles with him. Think about every weird thing Prince has ever done, and they just about covered it. I don't know if it's a recurring skit or what, but I was laughing my ass off by the time it was over 
Anyway, SNL still sucks :barf:
Turn it on but wife started molesting me and I lost all interest in SNL. After we were done I decided that I'd rather sleep than look at the tv.
