Moz on Johnathon Ross

Jeff Beck does challenge himself with new directions. I think his biggest problem since leaving the Yardbirds is that he's a guitarslinger in search of a songwriter. Nobody can touch beck on guitar, but he really, really needs a good songwriter. I would love to see Beck team up with a good modern band-- somebody with some songwriting talent and techno artistry, and see what comes out of that collaboration.

OK, all you New Order fans can wake up now.

And, yes, I can't wait to hear the new Morrissey.
