Did anybody see Morrisey at Move?

I saw him yesterday he was briliant. The only thing that didn't make it pefect is that New Order were not playing.

Yes, i saw him and thought he was brilliant. A gig at least the equal of the MEN gig. I was the one that started the "higginbottom" chant as well. Moz kept on looking at me as well during "I'm not Sorry". I was made up.

Didnt think the New York Dolls were up to much, but thought the ordinary boys were fantastic, even if they didnt play "weekend revolution".

Yeah, the Ordinary Boys and Morrisey where the only two bands we watched. I feel asleep during the Beta band (well almost), James Maker was ok but only average.

We missed the last couple of New York Dolls stuff because we got quite bored and wanted to get food and stuff before the crowds left the stadium area.

I am wondering if it he would be worth seeing again when he does another show at the MEN later this year. Did his Old Trafford set differ to the first one at the MEN?

yes, but not much. The order of songs changed. And Shakespeares sister instead of Hairdresser on Fire, All the Lazy dykes instead of Jack the Ripper, And no shoplifters oon sunday night.

Still a great gig though. How badly organised was the trams afterwards?

I wouldn't know, I live in Chorlton which is in easy walking distance, so I was home with my mate before 11:00 drinking far too much.

Do you know what the offical attence was for sunday night? I am guessing 10,000, my mate reckons 8000, my sister says 15,000.

Closer to 25000, if not more. Surprising as it may seem, the venue actually holds 30000, roughly. I think. There were more people there last night than at the MEN. I was at the back for the pixies on saturday, and you wouldnt believe how many people were there. And more tickets were sold for sunday...

It was on TV last night,crowd looked bored as fuck and Morrissey looked it too. Goldfrapp sounded suspicously like they were miming aswell?
