Just read the first review of Prodigys new album "Always Outnumbered,Never Outgunned". The first new material since single "Babys Got A Temper" in 2002. Seven years in the making,and its been slated-got a 2 star rating by Q Magazine. Guests include Liam Gallagher and Juliette Lewis. A real shame,with Orbital and Leftfield gone i was hoping for a decent album!

Sad news, indeed. Ironically I was listening to "Experience" while reading your post...
"Fat of The Land" is a bad album with a few good tunes... it looks like they lost their touch anyway.
Come on now! Fat of the Land is the only really listenable Prodigy album! I love that one since it isn't nearly as cheesy as their earlier albums. Once again: great album!
Don't believe everything Q magazine reviewers write, they also gave Morrissey's last album just two stars. I've downloaded "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned" (don't worry, I'll buy the album) and I quite liked it, not as much as "Fat Of The Land" but definitely worth a listen.
Personally I think FOTL is too pop... for a band which is said "to change the face of electronic music" and stuff.

Q also gave Radio 4 last album just two stars. "Stealing of a Nation" is amazing, one of the best albums of 2004 so far. Twats.
