21 isn't old, Liam. I'm 24, married with a kid, & still consider myself one of the kids (though my physical health would tend to argue that I'm about 54, instead) Hence why I've decided to give the Atkins Diet a ruddy good go; if I dropped a couple of stone I'd feel a lot better.

Anyone got any good Atkins-related tips? Serious ones, please! I figured it'd be the best diet for me, seeing as I never eat fruit & vegetables anyway, but after 1 measley day I'm already getting withdrawal symptoms from all the crisps, chips & sugar I've had to ban myself from having...
