Attention Chicago members

Hey everyone,

I just want to give my band a "free plug"...we are called The Collectors http://www.thecollectorsband.com

We don't exactly have a "New Order" sound, but I play keys in the band and definitely try to put my neworder influence into some of the synth work that I do with the band. Also, if you like Radiohead or Wilco, we might interest you...I really try to make the keys sound as original as possible, but my influences always bleed through.

We are a new band...this is my first gig with the group, but they've played a couple times together. I would really appreciate anyone from the Chicago area that doesn't mind giving up a couple hours at night to come see us play. We play all originals... If we become famous you can claim that you saw us in our rawest form....

What is a good place to play in the Quad Cities??...I've been there before when I visited a friend who went to Augustana University (Which isn't in Davenport, but close, right?)
