szechuan chicken from the local Chinese joint, since they're one of our customers, I know the kitchen is pretty clean and tidy.
I cooked up a bit of Beef Stroganov today...not bad, if I do say so myself!!! And have enough left over for lunch and supper tomorrow!!!
burnt chicken breast because i was too absorbed in reading the threads that i didn't hear the oven timer go off.
