Turkey Vultchers return. Red Wing Blackbirds return. Fookin' ugly garden snake sunning itself in my backyard.
The latter is not my favorite but at least it is a good indication that winter has been defeated.

Unfortunately, most of the scantily-clad college girls aren't attractive. Especially when their lack of clothes seems to be a valid reason to act more vapid.

since we really don't a much of a winter to emerge from, the best signs of spring are the departure of the snowbirds. less traffic...less slow traffic.
and fit men wearing less clothing.
Defo the short skirts.
Which we still have here for now. Still quite warm here 25 degrees today.
