I'll just add this and re-lock it afterwards.
Julio was banned for cheating in the Community contest and sending some other brazilian's band song as his own, as simple as that.
He knows quite well that if he wants to be back, he would need to do his own personal mea-culpa and make sure that OldMoney, almanso & Ricardo all agree to it, as they all said they would leave NOOL if he would come back.
I hope this closes the debate, he just had to think before doing what he did.

I am very ashamed of what I did indeed. It's unforgivable.
I was kidding with something which didn't belong to me. I assume I was the stupidest person of this forum.
The Community CD was a great idea and I didn't take it seriously. I asked Fausto's pardon for what I have done.
Tim, Ricardo and Alejo. I am so sorry, I know you don't like me but to be honest we were sharing a great time those days and I ruined everything.What I did doesn't deserve your pardon.
I just want to say hello to Frank Smarra, Peter Petrou, Jorge, Jeff, Mick, Sebastien, The Pope, The German Order and all those friends I met in this forum for the first time.
Nicolas continue with this great job and keep NO's flame burning forever.
