On the newest episode of "The Simpsons", Homer went to see a "Left Behind" movie (utterly hilarious btw), and ended up figuring out that the rapture was to occur on May 18...:nervous:

Gee, it's less than a week away.....I hope I got all my ducks in a row :banghead:

Maybe that refers to their last episode?

Highly Unlikely that would happen though. Especially considering Groening says he has a ton of ideas waiting.

I just thought it was interesting how they picked Ian's death date as the end of the world. That, and the "Left behind" movie was hilarious (bad acting, overwrought Christian angst, etc)

I dunno, maybe Matt Groening is a secret fan? Perhaps we can expect a guest appearance from NO in the next series.

I said once here that in Seinfeld he and Elaine met in the movies and she asked him what he was going to see and he said "Means to an End"
