Lovely, just lovely. Oh yeah, the Pope and I were griping about parking on college campuses, and he suggested paying them by writing checks to "Local college parking nazis" so they'd have to sign for them like that. I guess that beats paying the fines with pennies in a jar of honey.....

Didn't someone write a cheque(check) out on a toilet for their taxes once too?

I used to write my parking ticket cheques out for "Forty Fucking Quid" when I lived in Oxford. They always got cashed!
